AMDiP

The Annual Meeting of Law School Diversity Professionals (AMDiP) brings together law school DEI professionals and supporters in a collaborative environment to:

o    Promote networking, information sharing, and resource sharing
o    Develop best practices for law school diversity services
o    Advance the matriculation, retention and support of underrepresented students and graduates of U.S. law schools

AMDiP was established in 2007 in San Diego, California. The conference was held annually until 2019, when the 14th Annual Meeting of Law School Diversity Professionals was postponed due to the COVID pandemic. Here is a list of previous conferences: https://amdip.org/amdip-history/

Law school Diversity, Admissions, and Career Officers, Faculty, and Administrators attend our conference each year.  In recent years AMDiP has attracted representatives from 90-115 law schools in the U.S, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

AMDiP provides a needed space for a national audience of law school diversity leaders to engage in courageous conversations and to share best practices that inform their work and campus leadership.

Law schools committed to the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion combine our efforts, unify our voices, and focus our resources to respond to the needs of BIPOC law students, to advance institutional development in DEI, and to combat systemic injustice.
