FACILITIES: please check all that are available to accomodate up to 150 conference participants.

ADA compliant lecture, meeting, dining, and restroom facilities
Registration/tabling space close to the lecture hall
A lecture hall or large meeting room with internet and audiovisual support
Dining and/or reception space with audiovisual support
Additional classrooms for meditation and wellness
Storage and/or workroom for conference committee materials

STAFFING : please check all that apply.

Staff from our law school will attend the upcoming AMDiP event
We have designated a member of our staff to serve as AMDiP coordinator attending regular conference calls
We will provide continuity of support in case of staffing changes
Our finance team can provide adequate accounting support for AMDiP's operational funds, including receiving conference surplus funds and registration funds, and making payments to vendors and speakers utilizing authorized institutional financial procedures
We can provide adequate IT support for AMDiP's audiovisual and wi-fi needs
We can provide adequate support for AMDiP's setup, space management, security, and parking needs

FINANCE: if selected as host, we can provide the below items of support.

A dedicated ledger account through which to process AMDiP payments and receivables
W-9 documentation and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request from AMDiP and its partners
A partnership contribution of $2,500 to $5,000 to support conference costs like space rental, catering, etc.
Purchasing ability up to $6500 for individual credit card or p-card transactions
Timely vendor payment processing
Regular budget transaction updates
